Texas Journal Tenth Amendment Project
Don’t Trust the Plan – Be the Plan.
The Tenth Amendment permits citizens to have a disproportional policy impact in Real Life. Your Actions in Real Life is all that matters. Texas Journal helps you maximize your impact.
The Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution is why we have a Federal Republic rather than a democracy. We’re incredibly fortunate. A democracy is mob rule. How horrific would it be to live in California, Portland, Chicago, or New York? Without the protection afforded by our Federal System, those large population centers would vote for policies making your pleasant corner of the world the same living hell they’re experiencing. Taking full advantage of the 10th Amendment by communicating with your state’s Executive, Judiciary, and Legislative branches will let you become more influential in real life. We’re more influential locally than we’ll ever be in Washington.
The Tenth Amendment says:
-
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
The Federal Government are usurpers. They act unlawfully. Without resistance, the Federal Government will continue to do hideous things to United States citizens, such as:
- Mandate Experimental Vaccines;
- Wage Undeclared Wars;
- Abandon US Sovereignty.
Here’s how to take advantage of our Federal System:
Texas Journal frequently communicates with the Governor of Texas, not just on state matters but also on national and international issues. Concurrent with our Gubernatorial Communications, we’ll contact our congressional Representatives and Senators. While the communication is addressed to the Governor, their copy asks Senators and Congressmen to do everything possible to assist the Governor within the same written communication.
This approach works.
States can do most things better than the Federal Government. States can do anything other than those enumerated powers Constitutionally reserved for the Federal Government. There are very few Enumerated Powers. If the power is not enumerated, the State can do it. If the Federal Government is derelict, the State can do it. The Federal Government is often derelict.
That’s why addressing your Governor first and Federal Officials secondarily is essential.
Communicating principally with your Governor and only secondarily with your national representatives serves another purpose. It reminds your Governor that they are the Chief Executive of your state. As the Tenth Amendment says, powers not delegated to the United States are reserved to the states or to the people. Within constitutional limits, Gubernatorial powers are plenipotentiary. There is no reason for them to be timid.
One final point. We use GAB to archive our posts in the Tenth Amendment Group. GAB is truly a free-speech platform. We believe it is the only one. If the United States Constitution protects your message, GAB will not close your account or remove your posts. Twitter (now X) and Facebook removed President Trump, the then-sitting President of the United States, along with tens of thousands of other US citizens for telling the truth. GAB won’t do that.
We invite you to open a free GAB account and enjoy the benefits. If you’re enjoying GAB or adding GAB to your arsenal, please follow Texas Journal. Click Here
We post all Representative Communications in our Tenth Amendment Group. When you subscribe, you’re informed of new additions. You’ll know exactly what we’re discussing and how you might duplicate our success.
