Federal Bureau of Investigation Disgraced
James Comey, the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, has disgraced his agency. A rouge politician, AKA democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has, through arrogance and ignorance, disclosed Americas most closely guarded secrets to our adversaries. She did so by refusing to follow the policies of the United States State Department, the agency she led. Rather than use the secure server she was required to, she baked up a home grown bathroom server that was hacked by the enemies of our country.
Apparently Comey bowed to the will of Bill Clinton, a disgraced, disbarred Arkansas attorney. Clinton had an illicit meeting with the US Attorney General Janet Lynch. Clinton nominated Lynch to her first federal job. According to credible reports, the disbarred attorney waited until his protégé arrived. When her federal aircraft arrived for their secret meeting, local news people were prohibited from photography and recordings by Secret Service Agents protecting the two culprits.
After Comey’s handlers met, there was apparently a wink and a nod. Comey immediately fell into line with his managers. Comey then had a presser. Despite the evidence Comey himself recited, evidence that clearly demanded an indictment. Comey recited evidence that less well connected people have gone to jail for. Comey recited evidence that less well connected people have had their reputations ruined for. In spite of the facts, Comey disgraced his agency and took no action.
Now in tatters, it will be a long time before the Federal Bureau of Investigation can rebuild its shredded reputation.
According to the National Review Comey rewrote statute to support his conclusions. Incidentally, this happened right after the disbarred attorney and his appointee’s clandestine meeting.
In essence, in order to give Mrs. Clinton a pass, the FBI rewrote the statute, inserting an intent element that Congress did not require. The added intent element, moreover, makes no sense: The point of having a statute that criminalizes gross negligence is to underscore that government officials have a special obligation to safeguard national defense secrets; when they fail to carry out that obligation due to gross negligence, they are guilty of serious wrongdoing. The lack of intent to harm our country is irrelevant. People never intend the bad things that happen due to gross negligence.
Clinton’s appointee was quick to exonerate the disbarred attorney’s wife. According to the Washington Examiner Attorney General Lynch immediately met with her so called “Director” and said:
Lynch said in a statement she had met with FBI Director James Comey and career prosecutors earlier Wednesday and accepted their “unanimous” recommendations to close the case without bringing an indictment against anyone involved.
While the FBI, the State Department, the US Attorney General and Barack Obama, current President of the United States, aren’t worried about the security of the United States, there are people that care.

FBI Director James Comey detailed Hillary Clinton’s massive destruction of government records and grossly negligent handling of classified information. Frankly, there’s a disconnect between Comey’s devastating findings and his weak recommendation not to prosecute Hillary Clinton. Federal prosecutors, independent of politics, need to consider whether to pursue the potential violations of law confirmed by the FBI.
Judicial Watch helped break open the Clinton email scandal and, in the meantime, will independently continue its groundbreaking litigation and investigation.
It would have been nice if Comey would have done his job, but there are people, one of which is Judicial Watch, that understand the gravity of the malfeasance.
In spite of the corruption of law enforcement at the highest levels of the United States Government, the facts of the investigation remain.
