The Bill of Rights

The Bill of Rights

The Bill of Right are the first ten amendments to the United States Constitution.  They have a special place in American jurisprudence as they identify rights that reside with the citizens of the United States.  Even since they were written into the highest law in the land, the Constitution, every government at every level has worked diligently to water down these rights with the ultimate goal of destroying the rule of law, destroying our individual rights and annihilating what the founders created.

The people that are doing this have no regard for the rule of law.  For them, the “ends justifies the means.”   Their intention is to “Help Us” by stealing from our fellow citizens and producers that willingly provide us with what we need to survive, food, shelter, education and more.  The results of their efforts have devastated our country.

ENOUGH!!!

Texas Journal, and others, stand in the breech.  Our rights are our rights.  We will not cede them.

Benjamin Franklin said it best:

“They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety. Those Who Sacrifice Liberty For Security Deserve Neither. He who would trade liberty for some temporary security, deserves neither liberty nor security.”
